JustSeent hosts no content; we display links, titles, and preview thumbnails supplied by third-party platforms via their affiliate programs. Nevertheless, if you believe material referenced through justseent.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below, and we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the reference on this Site.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notification to our Designated Agent at dmca@justseent.com that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Site (e.g., the specific URL or page on justseent.com);
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What We Do

Because the underlying content is hosted by third-party platforms, removing a reference from JustSeent does not remove the content at its source. We will remove or disable the infringing reference on this Site and, where appropriate, forward your notice to the originating platform, which controls the underlying material. To have the content removed at its source, you should also submit a notice to the platform that hosts it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe a reference was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@justseent.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or remove references associated with parties who are determined to be repeat infringers.
